Nation 90s to play Oasis all day Tuesday and declares Oasis Day

Nation 90s has declared August 27th as ‘Oasis Day’ ahead of the band’s hotly anticipated 8AM announcement.

From midnight, the station will be playing Oasis songs all day to celebrate the anticipated return of the most high-profile duo of the decade.

Nation presenter Neil Fox comments: “Oasis were the 90s ….from the time I saw them play their first big London gig at Earls Court, I knew they were special.

“They are the musical voice of a generation – with a catalogue of unbelievable anthems – and it’s such brilliant news they’ve worked out their differences. Without doubt this is going to be one of the hottest tickets for 2025 and I cannot wait to hear their music all day on Nation 90s.”

Greg Burns said “27.08.24 will join the most iconic days in pop history. As the Music Authority on the 90s, Nation 90s was duty bound to honour this event and that means turning up the Oasis levels to 11 all day long!”

Tony Dibbin added: “We are gonna Roll With It with the Rock ‘n’ Roll Stars and a Wonderwall of hits and be drinking Champagne Supanova to celebrate.”
