Diamond Groove has signed up to take the Dave Koz Smooth Jazz Radio Show, making it the only station in the UK to take the international programme.
The station, which has a format of smooth jazz and soul grooves, is currently on- air via small scale DAB in Exeter, Hull, Oxford and York.
Rhav Dee, new station operations manager at Diamond Groove, says “It’s great to be able to bring such a star from the Smooth Jazz community to the station and attract new listeners to Diamond Groove and the family of Diamond stations we are working on.”
Musician Dave Koz has had nine number 1 albums on Billboard’s Current Contemporary Jazz Albums chart, toured the world, been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has hosted the weekly two hour syndicated Dave Koz Radio Show continuously for more than 20 years.
The show will be available from Sunday 6th October at 4pm, with a repeat during the week.
