They company says it reflects RØDE’s dedication to its valued customers, offering fast and reliable service when it’s most crucial and convenient.
Whilst support has always been available around the clock, this move now extends to phone support with English-speaking representatives available anytime to navigate through enquiries about warranty claims, repairs and technical support.
