Heart is giving away 200 holidays to Florida’s newest theme park in a major on-air promotion with British Airways Holidays.
The radio station’s “Seat in the Sky” campaign will fly winners to Universal Orlando Resort for a week-long trip, celebrating the launch of the new Epic Universe theme park which opened last month.
The prize includes return flights from London, transfers, seven nights at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, tickets to all four Universal Orlando parks, and $400 spending money.
Listeners can enter the competition on air by answering their phone with the phrase “I want my Seat in the Sky” or playing a suitcase game where only one contains the holiday prize.
Universal Epic Universe is the first major new theme park in Orlando for 25 years and includes five new themed lands: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
British Airways Holidays is the official UK holiday launch partner for Epic Universe.
Andrew Flintham at British Airways Holidays said the collaboration was designed to help inspire listeners to book a trip to Orlando: “With daily flights and great value savings on our package holidays, we can’t wait to help them book their unforgettable stay.”
Alison Montague at Universal Destinations and Experiences said: “An incredible 200 winners will have an opportunity to discover our destination and enjoy our world-class attractions.”
Heart Managing Editor Richard Steel said he was excited to see who secures a seat on the plane when it takes off in October.
