Bauer’s audioXi widens UK podcast ad reach
Bauer Media’s audioXi has secured new partnerships with AdsWizz and Sport Social to broaden podcast advertising across the UK.
The move increases the platform’s scale to more than 12 million monthly UK podcast downloads and deepens its genre coverage for advertisers.
Under the agreement with AdsWizz, audioXi becomes the exclusive UK sales representative for the SiriusXM Podcast Network, covering Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland as well.
This adds prominent shows such as The Mel Robbins Podcast, Smartless, Call Her Daddy and Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend to audioXi’s offering.
The deal with the Sport Social Podcast Network extends audioXi’s reach into sport content, covering football, Formula 1, cricket, rugby and golf. Through this partnership brands can access audiences of podcasts including The Anfield Wrap, Joe Marler’s Things People Do, For The Love Of Rugby and Undr The Cosh.
Combined with Bauer’s existing Rayo Original podcasts — such as Pete Wicks’ Man Made, Katherine Ryan’s What’s My Age Again? and Lost in Translation with Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez — these additions significantly expand the inventory available to UK advertisers.
Charlie Brookes, Director of Digital at Bauer Media Audio UK, said “These partnerships mark an exciting step forward for audioXi. We are deliberate in choosing partners that reflect our commitment to high-quality, brand-safe content.” Paul Brown, VP of European Business and Operations at AdsWizz, added that the collaboration will help advertisers reach “highly engaged podcast listeners across the UK.”
