Radiocentre announces Tuning In events for 2026
Radiocentre has confirmed three Tuning In events for this year, bringing its radio and audio advertising roadshow back to Scotland, the North and London.
The series will begin in spring with Tuning In Scotland and Tuning In North, before returning to the capital in the autumn, continuing Radiocentre’s programme of in-person briefings focused on commercial radio, digital audio and podcast advertising.
Tuning In Scotland will take place on Wednesday 18 March at Everyman Edinburgh, followed by Tuning In North on Wednesday 22 April at Manchester’s Stoller Hall. Both sessions will run in the morning, with registration now open and full speaker line-ups due to be announced shortly.
Advertisers, agencies and Radiocentre member stations based in Scotland and the northwest are being invited to attend.
Tuning In London will return on Wednesday 30 September at King’s Place, with registration opening later in the year.
Radiocentre chief executive Matt Payton said the events follow a strong period for the sector. He said: “Commercial radio and audio enter this year in a strong position following a successful last year, with record share of listening and more connected listeners than ever before. These events are an opportunity to share the latest on how broadcast radio, digital audio and podcasts are working together to amplify advertising impact.”
The nationwide Tuning In series is designed to showcase current thinking on audio advertising, combining new research, practical insight and advertising case studies from across the industry.
Previous editions have featured a wide range of speakers from radio, media and public life. Tuning In Scotland has previously welcomed Global’s Political Editor for Scotland Gina Davidson, Regional News Editor Corrie Martin and Forth 1 breakfast presenters Boogie and Arlene. Tuning In North has hosted speakers including Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, Nicola Roberts from Girls Aloud and Howard Donald from Take That.
Last year’s London event included contributions from Heart Breakfast presenters Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, comedians Diane Morgan and Matt Forde, and Magic Radio presenters Gaby Roslin and Nicki Chapman.
More details and free registration are available via the Radiocentre website.
