Angie Greaves will headline a live London discussion on her broadcasting career later this month.
The Smooth Radio presenter is taking part in In Conversation with Angie Greaves at House of MOBO in London on Saturday 28 March, in an event presented by BelEve and hosted by Zee Zee Mills.
The event will wrap up International Women’s Month, and is being positioned around Angie’s 35 years in broadcasting, with the discussion set to focus on how she has sustained a long career in radio and media through industry change.
Organisers also say the event will look at the race and gender barriers she has faced in British broadcasting, along with the discipline and resilience needed to build a lasting career.
BelEve describes this edition as a Mum’s and Daughter’s gathering, with the audience invited to hear Angie’s stories, ask questions and connect in an informal setting.
The overview highlights Angie’s move through London’s Choice FM, Magic and Smooth Radio, and says the conversation will explore her wider influence across broadcasting and commercial work.
