Bryan Adams radio show launches for stations worldwide

Radio stations globally can now sign up for a new weekly programme hosted by Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams.

Radio Express has partnered with Orbyt Media to distribute The Bryan Adams Radio Show internationally, with Orbyt continuing to represent the programme within Canada.

The weekly show blends hand-picked music with stories and reflections from Bryan’s four decades in music. It has already been carried on stations across Canada and is now being offered to broadcasters worldwide in a format designed for markets outside North America.

The international edition has been structured to fit mainstream adult contemporary and classic hits schedules, featuring music from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s alongside selected tracks from Bryan’s own catalogue.

Jessica D’Agostin, President of Sales at Radio Express, said: “We’re excited to support stations internationally with a launch approach that fits their market and programming strategy.”

Heidi Baiden, Senior Manager at Orbyt Media, said the partnership would allow the show to connect with stations around the world while sharing music and stories linked to Bryan’s career.

Ivan Laskov, Head of Content at Radio Express, said the programme follows the approach used for internationally distributed shows such as the Kim Wilde 80s Show and the Official World Chart, designed to integrate easily into existing music schedules.

More information about the programme, including a demo video, is available at website.
