The RadioToday Programme returns. No, really!
Guess who’s back. Back again. No, it’s not slim shady, but Stu and Roy with the RadioToday Programme.
It’s giving 2020 vibes and must be a bigger comeback than Chris Evans on UKRadioAid.
But seriously, it’s been six years since the last regular episode, and in a bid to stop everyone asking if the programme is coming back, we’ve finally gone and done it.
We’ve no sponsor (enquire within), no jingles (enquire within), no producer (enquire within), just Stu and Roy talking to each other, and for the first new episode, lots of radio people from Global, Bauer, the BBC and more at Radiodays in Latvia.
And yes, in a strange twist of fate, Matt Deegan and James Cridland also make an appearance. So just like old times.
Have a listen on our usual Audioboom feed, or via the regular places, as Stuart speaks to some of the Brits abroad in Riga. You’ll hear from Heart’s Matt Wilkinson, Radio 1 boss Aled Haydn Jones, Greatest Hits Radio’s Andy Ashton, Matt Lomax & Heidi Donald from Global, Jack Saunders & Daisy Jarrett from Radio 1’s New Music Show, radio consultant James Cridland, and Bauer Media Group’s President of Audio Simon Myciunka.
