Sky Sports reporter Peter Martin is joining Real Radio Scotland as host of its football phone-in.
He takes over the show tonight alongside pundits Alan Rough and Derek Johnstone.
Peter formerly presented Superscoreboard for rival station Radio Clyde, but left in 2010 not long after a complaint to Ofcom about political bias on polling day was upheld.
Fraser Thomson will continue to front the Real Radio’s Saturday afternoon Matchday:Live show.
Peter Martin said: “I’m very happy to be joining the team at Real Radio. I know Roughy and DJ well and I’m sure we’ll have fun together on-air.”
David Treasurer, Programme Controller for Real Radio said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Peter to the Real Radio team. Peter will further strengthen the line-up, bringing his own experience, insight and humour that will work well with Roughy and Derek and really add to the entertaining and engaging show that listeners love.”
