Liverpool’s long running late night phone-in with Pete Price has helped the police find a missing woman.
The appeal information interrupted Pete’s show at 1.15am to ask anyone, especially taxi drivers, to keep an eye out for a missing elderly lady with Alzheimer’s.
By 2.50am CityTalk had received a call from the Police to say that one of Pete’s listeners (a taxi driver) had spotted the elderly lady and she has now been reunited with her family.
