Herefordshire & Worcestershire will get Orion Media’s Free Radio 80s from May 1st.
The move will make Free Radio 80s available to nearly half a million more listeners, meaning it will reach exactly the same area – the whole of the West Midlands – as the FM service of Free Radio.
David Lloyd, Orion Media’s Content & Operations Director said: “We’re delighted to add Herefordshire & Worcestershire coverage to the footprint of Free Radio 80s.
“It makes a great complement to our FM service in the two counties, which continues to mix new music with a sprinkling of older classics”.
Free Radio 80s continues to be available in Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, Shropshire and the Black Country.
