Northsound Radio presenter Meg McHugh is to host the Hits Chilled show across the Hits Radio Network in Scotland.
From Sunday 4th August, Meg will take over the Hits Chilled segment every Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 1am across Clyde 1, Forth 1, Tay FM, Northsound 1, MFR, West FM and Radio Borders, replacing Ryan Borthwick.
Joining the station in 2017, Meg began her career as a travel reporter on Northsound before covering a variety of shows across the station.
Victoria Easton-Riley, Content Development Director for Hits Radio Scotland said: “Congratulations to Meg on her new show. We are constantly reviewing our stations to meet the evolving needs of listeners and advertisers and we’re looking forward to seeing Meg make the show her own.
“I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Ryan Borthwick for his hard work and enthusiasm throughout the three years he has hosted the show and we wish him all the best for the future.”
