Radiocentre has revealed the theme and additional speakers for its Tuning In North event, taking place at Manchester’s Stoller Hall on Thursday 13th March.
With the theme ‘Unlocking the audio advantage’, the morning event will explore how brands can harness the power of audio advertising.
The lineup, which already features the Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport, Lisa Nandy, will also include Andrew Tindall, SVP of Global Partnerships at System1, Simon Kilby, Managing Director at Bauer Media Advertising, and Radiocentre’s CEO Matt Payton.
As a leading expert in creative marketing and advertising effectiveness with over 67,000 followers on LinkedIn, Andrew Tindall will present key findings from the IPA and System1’s latest study ‘The Magic of Compound Creativity’. He will bring the research to life for the audio sector with an audio case study.
With the increase in misinformation and the growing rates of anxiety and depression among young people linked to social media, Simon Kilby will explore what he believes needs to be done to protect the future of media and the steps Bauer Media is taking with the development of its ‘Where’s Your Head At?’ initiative.
The conference will be opened by Radiocentre’s CEO Matt Payton, who will set the morning up with an overview of the market and a perspective on the year ahead.
More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tuning In North runs from 9.30am to 12.30pm and will be followed by lunch and drinks. Tickets are free to Radiocentre member stations, brands and agencies based in the North but are limited. You can reserve your ticket now to guarantee a place.
