Scott Mills confirmed for exclusive Radiodays Europe session in Athens

BBC Radio 2 breakfast presenter Scott Mills is flying to Athens for an exclusive one-on-one session at Radiodays Europe 2025.

He’ll be chatting with radio consultant Nik Goodman just weeks after taking over one of the biggest radio shows in UK.

Scott Mills Unplugged: The Art of Engaging Radio is booked in for Monday morning at 11.25am local time in the main room.

Nik Goodman says: “If you like to discuss benchmarks, story arcs and guest strategy – this is the session for you.

“If you want the latest on the ‘connected dashboard’ and hoping for a PowerPoint on DAB metadata, we regret to inform you that Scott does not have a slide deck on that, and you’ll totally be in the wrong room. Just act natural and slowly back out. No one will notice. Probably.

“But if you want to hear how one of radio’s best produces a great show every single day, grab a seat. It’s going to be a good one.”

Consultant John Simons will host a session with Jackie O from ARN – one-half of Australia’s biggest radio show, and Niall Power from Beat in Ireland will be back with another look at the Top 10 promotions around the world.

There’s also a session on jingles Sonic Branding with Matt Fisher from Wisebuddah, Tom Van der Biest from Brandy, Thomas Giger from PURE Jingles and Lee Price from Prolark Media.

Other Brits abroad include Ben Cooper, Helen Thomas, Jason Bryant, Gary Stein, Rhian Roberts, Francis Currie, James Cridland, Justin Kings, Gill Hind, Aled Haydn-Jones, Paul Robinson, Chris Ward, Mike Russell, and Sam Bonham.

The event takes place from March 9th to 11th in Greece, and RadioToday’s Stuart Clarkson and Roy Martin will be there to bring you updates.
