Wynne Evans will now host weekend morning shows on both Saturdays and Sundays on Dragon Radio.
The presenter expands his current Sunday slot with a new Saturday morning show also airing from 10am to 1pm, after he joined the station at Easter. The new Saturday show will follow a similar format to the Sunday show.
Dragon Radio Programme Director Neil Greenslade said: “Dragon Radio listeners have told us they want to hear more of Wynne, and we are happy to oblige! We look forward to welcoming even more listeners to Dragon Radio to hear their favourite radio presenter.”
Wynne said: “Dragon Radio have been absolute heroes — they’ve just let me loose, which takes a certain kind of confidence and I’m enormously grateful. It’s been a joy to see so many familiar faces come with me.”
He added that audience growth had led to the second show arriving sooner than expected, describing himself as “thrilled” and “having the time of my life.”
