Aiir Audio Academy 30 Under 30 entries open

Nominations are now open for the 2026 Aiir Audio Academy 30 Under 30 list.

The annual initiative recognises 30 people aged under 30 working across UK radio and audio, including presenters, producers, engineers, public relations staff and academics.

Run since 2011, the list is presented by Aiir in partnership with the Audio Academy. Aiir provides websites, apps and broadcast tools for radio stations, while the Audio Academy supports people working across the audio sector.

Those selected for the Class of 2026 will receive tickets to the ARIAS and the Audio Academy Festival, alongside support from the Audio Academy and access to a network of previous recipients.

Previous names recognised by the scheme include BBC presenter Emma Barnett, ITV presenter Ben Shephard, BBC Radio 3 and Proms Controller Sam Jackson, Goalhanger’s Nicole Logan and BBC Asian Network’s Ahmed Hussain.

Nominations can be made by individuals or colleagues, with the list open to people from across radio and audio.

The deadline for nominations is 11.59pm on Friday 21 August.
