The Audio Academy is looking for an event production company to deliver the ARIAS ceremony in May 2027.
The successful company will take responsibility for the full production of the Audio and Radio Industry Awards, including the creative concept, talent, technical delivery, venue management, ticketing, catering, entertainment and awards administration.
Companies are being invited to register their interest before receiving a full Invitation to Tender. They will be required to sign a non disclosure agreement before details covering the budget, pitch process, timetable and evaluation criteria are released.
The Audio Academy is seeking companies with experience of delivering large scale awards ceremonies, along with a commitment to accessibility, inclusion, outreach and environmental sustainability.
The most recent ARIAS ceremony took place at the Roundhouse in London, with Rylan hosting and Tyler West covering arrivals on the red carpet.
Audio Academy Managing Director Aradhna Tayal Leach said: “We’re looking for a production partner with creative ambition and we can’t wait to work together with them to create a night that we’ll all be talking about for years to come.”
Aradhna said the 2027 event would bring the radio and audio community together while showcasing work from across the industry.
The closing date for companies to register their interest is 31 August 2026, with final pitches due by 14 September.
Expressions of interest and requests for the full tender document can be sent to aradhna@audioacademy.org.uk.
