Radio and audio workers from across the South will meet in Bournemouth for an evening of networking and conversation.
The Audio Academy Summer Social takes place at the Royal Bath Hotel on Wednesday 29 July from 7pm.
People working or volunteering in radio, podcasting and music are welcome, with the event open to those involved in BBC, commercial, hospital, student, community, independent and online audio.
Organisers say the gathering is also intended for people working across the wider industry, including engineering, production and presenting.
The event will use the hotel’s main bar area and gardens, which overlook the sea. Bath Road South Car Park is next door, while Bournemouth railway station is less than a mile away.
Entry is free for Audio Academy members. People connected to stations which belong to the Community Media Association, Hospital Broadcasting Association or Student Radio Association can register for free affiliate membership.
