Gateway 97.8 has been recognised with the Princess Royal Training Award for the third time.
The national award honours organisations that prioritise learning and development and can demonstrate the positive impact of investing in people.
This year, Gateway 97.8 was acknowledged for its work training young people through its Radio Club, work experience, and training schemes.
The award highlights the achievements of those who designed and delivered the training, as well as the young people who participated.
Director Danny Lawrence said the recognition means a great deal to the station’s volunteers and young people, and he expressed gratitude to the Princess Royal and her team for their support.
