Radio programmers will be able to complete tasks in SelectorCloud by typing requests in everyday language through a new RCS artificial intelligence feature.
RCSAI will make its debut at IBC2026 in Amsterdam as the first application of RCS Intelligence, an AI engine being introduced across the company’s cloud platform.
The feature allows users to ask the system to carry out tasks without navigating multiple screens and menus, with further capabilities already in development.
RCS Worldwide CEO and President Susan Larkin said: “Broadcasters don’t need more disconnected systems. They need technology that works together and helps them run their business more effectively.”
Alongside the scheduling development, RCS will demonstrate programmatic advertising integrations with Triton Digital, designed to make more station inventory available to automated buying platforms through existing workflows.
Another addition, ZettaCloud Guest Management, will allow guests to join live programmes through a secure link on a phone or computer, without requiring specialist hardware, codecs or phone systems.
RCS is also expanding its partnership with I Like Music, giving stations direct access to commercial and production music which programmers can search, audition and download into their catalogues.
The company says fully licensed tracks can be made available for airplay in ZettaCloud within seconds, with the service covering music across genres and eras.
IBC is taking place from September 11th to 14th, with many UK companies exhibiting. We’ll bring you coverage of the event here and on our socials.
