Take That will play Hits Radio Live in Manchester, with the station saying the show has sold out.
Fleur East, Will Best and James Barr announced the line-up and the sell-out on Hits Radio Breakfast on Monday 28 September.
The event takes place at Co-op Live on Saturday 21 November. Jason Derulo, Tom Grennan, Paloma Faith, James Blunt, Blue, Katy B and December 10 are also on the bill.
Fleur will host the show alongside Gemma Atkinson and Marvin Humes. Hits Radio says listeners can now get into the event by winning through the station.
Speaking on the breakfast show, Gary Barlow said: “The audience there are always so loud and they really know how to have a good time.”
