Chrysalis Group is in talks with an unnamed private equity group over the sale of its entire radio division, including LBC and Heart, according to a source familar with the situation. The report, released by Reuters this afternoon says talks are progressing well and a conclusion should be reached by the summer.
Chrysalis would not comment on the recent news, but have said in February that they were launching a strategic review that could lead to the sale of the radio stations.
