Dominic Barker has been appointed as head of GCap solutions in London working across the GCap Brands as well as the GMG Portfolio. He will also cover Anna Pennington who is on maternity leave. Dominic was previously regional sales director with GCap in Manchester.
Reporting to GCap Media’s National Sales and Trade Marketing Director Simon Daglish, Dominic will be responsible for revenue across all platforms on Capital 95.8, Xfm, Choice, One Network, Gold, and from January GMG stations.
Barker has 13 years media experience, having started his career at Emap before spending over 10 years working at Opus, Capital Radio and GCap in a variety of roles.

In order to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility and succession Cheryl Levington has been appointed GCap Commercial Director of the Manchester business and will take on Dominic’s previous commercial responsibilities in the city . Cheryl previously held the position of Head of Sales in Manchester.
