TLRC sells Arrow and Sovereign

The Local Radio Company continues to dispose of radio stations this week, by selling Sovereign Radio and Arrow FM to Media Sound Holdings.

Media Sound Holdings Limited already owns two radio stations in Sussex, Bright FM in Mid Sussex and Lewes and, Splash FM which broadcasts to the Worthing area.
Managing Director Allan Moulds told RadioToday.co.uk: "We are delighted to have acquired both Sovereign Radio and Arrow FM. Having successfully merged Bright and Splash in the last year we are very excited by the next stage of our expansion. They are an excellent geographical and strategic fit for our business and I look forward to working with the teams at both stations.
"We are fully committed to the prospect of bringing great local radio to the people of Eastbourne and Hastings."
Just last week TLRC announced the closure of Mix 107, and recently sold Silk FM to Dee 106.3 in Cheshire.
