Xfm Manchester's breakfast show presenter Pete Mitchell has left the Global Radio station, RadioToday.co.uk can confirm.
His replacement, starting on June 7th, will be Radio City 96.7's afternoon presenter Tim Cocker.
Tim: “I cannot wait to get started. I love it here in Manchester and I’m just itching to get on the Breakfast Show so that every morning I can give the listeners great music and laughs.”
Pete, who only started on the breakfast show [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.4770] less than a year ago[/link], was previously at BBC Radio 2. He's was also one-half of the Pete and Geoff Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio from 2003 to 2005.
