A major advertising campaign by car manufacturer Ford will highlight that DAB is fitted as standard in new Ford C-MAX.
The ads, from January 3rd to 16th, will run on stations owned by Global, GMG, Bauer, Absolute and UTV Radio, plus Planet Rock.
This is the first time that a car manufacturer has advertised standard digital radio as a major benefit to car drivers, and hopefully not the last.
Ford Ennals, Chief Executive, Digital Radio UK said: “There couldn’t be a better place than radio to advertise the addition of digital radio as standard to Ford’s popular C-MAX. With more car manufacturers installing digital radio as standard I am sure this will be the first of many ad campaigns from Ford and other car manufacturers.”
The spots will run on Planet Rock, the Absolute Radio network, talkSPORT, Heart, Smooth Radio, LBC, Big City Network and City Talk.
