Xfm London breakfast presenter Jon Holmes will round-off the afternoon events at the first ever JockFest, taking place at Alton Towers in May.
Jon will be in conversation with David Lloyd at the programming-led event on May 18th after an afternoon of sessions about radio programming, production, audio and breakfast radio.
He joins Star Radio’s Robin Banks, Capital FM’s Simon Hirst, Producer Dave Bethell and jingle legend Steve England as part of the weekend conference.
Jon, a seven time Sony Award-winning and double BAFTA-winning British writer and comedian, will also kick off the entertainment in the evening with a satirical look at the radio industry.
He started his radio career at BBC Radio 4 and Power FM before joining Xfm London and Virgin Radio for brief spell and has worked at BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 2, LBC and appeared on various television programmes including the 11 O’Clock Show and Dead Ringers.
