Media Sound Holdings is getting close to achieving its ‘multi-media strategy’ by purchasing Sussex Living Magazine.
The group, which has its headquarters in West Sussex, owns five radio stations and other news publications, says cross promotion is an important part of the acquisition.
Sussex Living Magazine is a local lifestyle magazine that has been established for eleven years and also provides publishing services for third party clients.
Group Managing Director Allan Moulds told RadioToday: “We are delighted with the acquisition of this highly successful magazine and I look forward to working with Tanis Banham and the team to take the product from strength to strength. This deal is an important part of our strategic jigsaw and will allow us to cross promote and cross sell our brands in Sussex as we already do on the Isle of Wight”.
Managing Editor Tanis Banham added “This is an exciting chapter in the development of Sussex Living Magazine; under the ownership of Media Sound Holdings we will have the resource and support to achieve some very ambitious goals”.
Chairman of Media Sound Holdings Richard Organ: “We have had an excellent year that started with a full strategic review of the business and has seen all areas perform well above expectations. This acquisition is a great way to finish that year”
