British DAB radio manufacturer, Genus Digital, announces the launch of the VERO 2 ? a DAB/FM radio that will revolutionise the way we listen to radio programmes.
VERO 2 is packed with features that put the listener in total control including, electronic programming guides (EPG); Timed or instant recording of programmes to SD memory cards; pause/rewind live radio; the unique G-PRO? speaker technology; MP3 playback; a USB port; alarm clock functions; and a digital optical output allowing it to act as a DAB tuner for your Hi-Fi.

The Genus VERO 2 incorporates G-PRO? sound enhancement adapted from a unique technology developed originally for the professional recording industry. The Vero 2 delivers its sound via 2 x 5 Watt speakers.

An S/P DIF (optical digital output) connection adds even more versatility to the VERO 2 acting as an input to an existing Hi-Fi or surround sound system. The USB port on the VERO 2 enables a software upgrade should the opportunity arise in the future.
Additional features on the VERO 2 include, two alarm clock settings ? for both week days and weekends. There are the standard SNOOZE and SLEEP functions plus an LCD brightness control.
