Radio Clyde boss quits

Programme Controller Ross Macfadyen has quit his post at Glasgow based Clyde 1 after 15 years with the station.

Reports suggest he is leaving by mutual consent.

A radio insider told the Evening Times in Glasgow: “It’s no secret at Radio Clyde that relations between Ross and managing director Paul Cooney have not been fantastic. They didn’t seem to see eye-to-eye on how the music policy at the station should be progressing .”
