Late-night phone in presenter James H Reeve is to leave Key 103 at the end of the month after his contract was not renewed, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The venerable Reeve has had stints with BBC GMR, Century and Talk Radio as well as short-lived longwave sports station TeamTALK 252. He is to be replaced by former Galaxy Manchester breakfast presenter Simon Nicks, known on-air as “Nicksy”.
Key 103 programme director Antony Gay told the paper: “Nicksy has a wealth of talent in radio broadcasting and a strong affiliation with Manchester.”
