The Local Radio Company continue a period of change by appointing two additional non-executive directors to the board, Anthony Joseph Gumbiner and Rhys Cathan Davies. The news follows investment of three million pounds from new shares less than a week ago.
Neither Mr. Gumbiner or Mr. Davies have a background in radio, but are currently directors of many other companies in the UK and around the world.
