Former Wireless Group executive Alan Shields and Scottish presenter Scottie McClue are now in charge of Lanarkshire's L107 – as the station is brought back to life.
Former owner Mark Page pulled the plug on the station two weeks ago but a change in ownership meant the started broadcasting again, with Scottie McClue hosting his first show today.
Scottie takes over the mid-morning show from 10am till 2pm, whilst Greg Campbel hosts breakfast and Linda Black in on the evening shift.
The station launched in 1999 as Clan FM, before a buyout by the ill-fated Kingdom Group and a relaunch as 107 The Edge. It was saved from the axe when Century Radio presenter Mark Page, operator of the Garrison Radio stations, bought the licence from Kingdom.
