Tammy Gooding has left BRMB to join 105.7 Smooth Radio to host the afternoon drivetime show. Tammy had been with BRMB since winning the station's Search for a Star in 1995.
She left her position as BRMB's mid morning host on Boxing Day to join Smooth Radio from this afternoon, Monday 5th January. She replaces Higal Williams who is moving to host the evening show on Smooth Radio in London.
Smooth Radio’s Station Director Jane Davies said: “Tammy is a very talented all round presenter and we are delighted that she has decided to join the team. I have no doubt that our current listeners will love her, and her avid fans will find her new show on Smooth Radio”.
Tammy added "It had to be the right station to tempt me away from my home for 14 years and Smooth is that station! I'm excited about the opportunity to play the eclectic mix of music, interview interesting guests, have fun and great conversation."
