The Creative Team at KCFM 99.8 are celebrating after winning a number of industry awards.
The station, which launched 17 months ago, has secured three winning entries and six highly commended certificates in the radio industry’s VOX 08/09 awards.
The winning entries were for adverts for local companies Heritage Landscapes and Tool Shop Direct as well as one to advertise the radio station’s own website.
Ex Universal Studios producer and now KCFM’s Head of Creative Howard Young said: “I feel very fortunate to be part of such a special team of people here at KCFM. I have no doubt that with our station’s exceptional talent and attitude we will go from strength to strength and continue to enjoy many more accolades in the future.”
