UTV Radio's talkSPORT is introducing a number of schedule changes including Andy Townsend and Mike Parry taking over weekday mid-mornings.
Andy, the former Republic of Ireland, Chelsea and Aston Villa midfielder, and Mike, a former journalist and director of communications at The Football Association, will present the new show between 10am and 1pm from January 26th.
The duo will continue to host their current Sunday breakfast show, but Saturday will be taken over by weekday breakfast presenters Alan Brazil and Ronnie Irani in addition to their current show.
Programme Director Moz Dee said: “Mike and Andy are established voices on the station and have forged one of the most potent on-air partnerships in the country. Their unique brand of radio will make our morning offering the biggest sound anywhere on radio. Brazil and Irani followed by Townsend and Parry!
More changes will be announced by the station shortly.
