After UKRD took control of over half the shares in TLRC, Chairman Tony Gumbiner steps down to be replaced by Trevor Smallwood. Gumbiner will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Other changes sees William Rogers, Chief Executive of UKRD appointed Chief Executive of Local Radio. While Roger Humm, Finance Director and Company Secretary of UKRD, will take on the same role at the Company.
Similarly, Tony Everett and James St Aubyn, both Non-Executive Directors of UKRD, retain their titles at the Company. John Hepburn, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of UKRD, has also been appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
