Are we ready for Digital Britain?

The Digital Britain White Paper is set to be unveiled in the Commons on Tuesday afternoon at 1530.

The big news is expected to see the report propose that the BBC should give £100m of its funding from the licence fee to the independent broadcasters, although it's not clear at this stage if that includes radio as well as television.
On the radio front, it is expected the proposed FM switch-off date will be brought forward, provisionally scheduled to start in 2017 and be complete by 2020.
We'll bring you full details on Tuesday afternoon.
