The UKRD takeover of The Local Radio Company continues apace with more shifts at managerial level with the Senior Management Team assuming responsibility for the executive management of the Company.
The team now consists of William Rogers, Chief Executive Officer, Roger Humm, Group Finance Director, Phil Angell, Group Programme Director, and James Wenger, Chief Technology Officer.
Assisting Phil Angell will be Deputy Group Programme Director, Peter Gordon; Group Music Manager, Dave Coull and Group Head of News, Tristan Hunkin.
Town and Country's Jason Bryant, appointed managing director of the Local Stations Division by the Local Radio Company board prior to the take-over, has agreed to remain in place for a short period to assist the new management team with the handover and resolution of a number of ongoing issues.
