Producer promoted at Jazz FM

Jazz FM has appointed producer and presenter Rosie Kendrick as deputy programme controller at the online and digital-only station.

Rosie will be working with programme controller Mike Vitti who says: "This promotion reflects Rosie’s commitment to the station, the passion that she displays and the sheer hard work that she has demonstrated since we launched last year. Rosie’s experience and knowledge are a perfect combination to help take Jazz FM to a wider audience."
Rosie originally joined London's Jazz FM in 1999 as Robbie Vincent’s production assistant then went on to produce the Late Lounge in 2000. When Jazz FM was taken off air in 2005 Rosie continued to build up the Late Lounge brand playing at various venues around town and even Cheryl and Ashley Cole’s wedding. In 2006 Rosie joined David Prever as co-presenter on Smooth FM and joined Jazz FM when it re-launched in October 2008.
