BBC Radio 2 is to celebrate the music of Abba at a concert in London's Hyde Park this September.
The Thank You For The Music Concert will enable the station to join forces with songwriters, producers and former members of the world renowned Swedish pop group Abba, Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus on Sunday 13 September.
The concert will include live performances from an array of stars of some of Benny and Bjorn's most famous songs from their days as of one of the world's greatest pop bands, to music from their recent offerings in musical theatre and folk.
Lewis Carnie, Head of Programming for Radio 2, says "We are thrilled that we are able to work so closely with Benny and Bjorn – two songwriters who have produced some of the most famous songs in pop music. It will be a fantastic event for friends and families."
