Lenny Henry will be the first guest on the new breakfast show on 102 Touch Radio on 7th September. The station covers Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds.
The new show pairs on air talent Ben Day with current daytime presenter Louisa Allen.
Ben said: “Louisa and I are the best of friends so it’s going to be a lot of fun to work with her in an area that we both absolutely love.”
Programme Director Steve Hyden added: “In a year that’s been filled with doom and gloom and yet another lousy summer I think we’ve forgotten how to have a bit of fun, Ben and Louisa will ensure we all turn up for work with a smile on our face.”
