Radio 2 offers more live music

BBC Radio 2 is promoting Dame Shirley Bassey and Smokey Robinson as their headline acts for the BBC Electric Proms event on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th of October.
Other artists include Bon Jovi, Michael Bublé and Spandau Ballet.

In addition, the station brings the Stereophonics, Jamie Cullum and Dame Kiri Te Kanawa to the stage as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of the BBC Maida Vale Studios on 30 October. These events will broadcast live on Radio 2.

Bringing live music to the Radio 2 audience is our passion and we're delighted to be able to deliver some really special performances."
The network's flagship brand of exclusive concerts, Radio 2 Live, presents Canadian singer Michael Bublé on 21 October, legendary rockers Bon Jovi on 3rd November and Eighties icons Spandau Ballet on 17 November – all performing at the Radio Theatre in Broadcasting House.
