Gary Vincent renews at Magic

Gary Vincent, host of Magic's mid-morning show, has renewed his contract with the station.

Gary has been with the Bauer station since September 2003 and presents his weekday show between 9am and 1pm, the new deal keeps him on-air to his 874,000 listeners for several more years.

Gary started his radio career at the age of 14 with ten years voluntary service on hospital radio in London. He later joined GWR where he broadcast for 15 years before joining the Magic daytime line-up. Features in Gary's show include the popular 'Test of Time' – he also presents a Saturday afternoon show on the station.

Pete Simmons, Programming Director at Magic 105.4, said: “Gary is central to the daytime output on Magic and he is by far the most popular broadcaster on commercial radio at that time, a testament to his skill and experience. Gary has a hugely loyal following in London and he represents everything Magic is about with his passion for music and great rapport with the listeners.”
