Rock jocks do the Full Monty

Presenters at 106.1 Rock Radio in Manchester have stripped naked in front of 1400 people for charity.

It was part of the station's ‘Monsters of Mock’ second birthday celebrations on Friday, which raised money for a male cancer awareness organisation.

Top tribute bands like Guns 2 Roses, Mentallica, Higher on Maiden and Kiss mockers Dressed To Kill entertained the crowds through the night.

Rock presenters Steve Berry, Moose, Mike Sweeney, Ricky Kirby, Paul Anthony and Dewsbury showed off their assets on stage to the sound of ‘You Can Leave Your Hat On’, after stripping from white suits.

Speaking after the Full Monty performance, Rock Radio presenter Mike Sweeney said; “I think initially there was a fair bit of bravado going on amongst the presenters, although as the day drew closer we we’re all feeling a little more nervous! It was great fun on the night and we’d like to thank everyone for their support. The Men Matter Appeal is a great charity and any awareness we‘ve raised makes the embarrassment worthwhile.”
