Today, Global Radio is hosting a travel industry event – Global Travel Breakfast – for members of the travel industry, to help drive interest in the industry and discuss how it is evolving in the current market.
The event will be attended by leading travel industry personnel and representatives to discuss the changing face of the sector, how external events will shape its development and to drive home a lasting appreciation of the value of radio in building a strong market position in the challenging current environment.
Hosted by LBC 97.3’s Simon Calder, the event will showcase the results of Global’s travel survey, which asked listeners of its stations as well as Real and Smooth, various questions about their travelling habits. This will form the basis of a presentation and discussion about how to take the industry forward using radio.
