Real Radio Wales has been awarded a Gold Investors in People award.
The award recognises the GMG station for its business strategy, learning and development and continuous improvements, just ahead of its expansion to mid and north Wales.
Tony Dowling, Station Director of Real Radio Wales said: "It is brilliant for our station to be recognised with this Gold Status IIP Award. A huge amount of hard work goes into making Real Radio the success it is today and the assessor’s quote that we are a 'unique' business with a 'real feel good factor' was fantastic to hear!
"This really is a testament to the commitment and dedication of the people that work here, from the on-air team, through to the commercial operation and the administrative support team. We really are very very proud to receive this recognition."
