A community radio station has secured the rights to broadcast full commentary of Portsmouth Football Club games this season.
Express FM has picked up the deal after Celador Radio said there was no way to make the deal pay for itself.
93.7 Express FM, Portsmouth and South East Hampshire’s premier community radio station, is now the proud home of Pompey Live – a service dedicated to bringing full match coverage of every single Portsmouth Football Club game home and away.
Full commentary will be broadcast for every home and away game, as well as all Championship cup games, by former Quay hosts Chris Wise, Alex Crook and Alan McLoughlin. The Football Hour will also be revived on a Friday evening from 6pm rounding up all the Portsmouth Football news from the week and previewing Saturday's game.
