Global Radio's former group director of online and interactive Rob Pembrooke has been appointed as managing director of ITV.com.
Ironically, he will report to ITV’s new head of online and commercial Fru Hazlit, who was previously CEO of GCap Media.
At Global Radio, Rob re-launched numerous station sites including CapitalFM.com and iPhone apps. He previously worked in development at Yahoo! Europe.
He was at Global Radio for three years, and will now be responsible for increasing online revenues at ITV.
